Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Egyptian National ID to use Fseka. Using the platform constitutes your agreement to these terms.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and not use the platform to facilitate illegal activities. Riders are responsible for being at the agreed meetup point on time.
Host responsibilities
Hosts must hold a valid Egyptian driver's license, operate a roadworthy vehicle, and carry valid insurance. Hosts are responsible for the safety of all passengers during the trip.
Payments
All transactions use FSK (Fseka Tokens), pegged 1:1 to EGP. You can top up via InstaPay and withdraw to Vodafone Cash or bank transfer. Withdrawal fees apply based on your balance tier (1–5%). FSK balances do not earn interest.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 24h before departure are free. Cancellations within 24h incur fees of 10–100% depending on timing. No-shows result in full forfeiture. Disputed cancellations are reviewed by Fseka admin whose decision is final.
Prohibited package items
Senders may not ship hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, currency, perishable goods without disclosure, or any item that violates Egyptian law. Violation results in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute between riders and hosts, Fseka admin acts as the final arbitrator. FSK distribution decisions by admin are final and binding. Chargebacks or external payment disputes will result in account suspension.
Account termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for: 3 or more strikes (cancellation violations), harassment, fraud, misrepresentation of identity, or any behavior that endangers other users. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining FSK balance after dispute resolution.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
